Southwest Lath & Plaster was founded in 1985. Since its creation, Southwest has maintained a constant growth of experienced field and office personnel to meet the growing needs of our customers.
We specialize in commercial design/build construction projects where quality and service are top priorities. We also have in-house AWCI certified “EIFS Smart” applicators for all your EIFS solutions.
Keith has day to day responsibility for all company operations, including estimating and project management. He has worked in construction for the last thirty years. His experience includes his start as a scaffold builder and latherer, moving to job supervision and project management. He is equally experienced managing small to high dollar projects to include commercial, government and medical. Keith is an AWCI “EIFS Smart” certified applicator. He is also “Green Advantage Certified” and has managed LEED projects. Keith’s estimating and managements skills ensure that we finish our projects on budget and on time.
Eric Sr has held Unlimited Class General, Electrical and Mechanical Contractor licenses in over 20 states in his 40+ years as an Owner, Executive and Construction Manager in the Mission Critical Facilities Design Build construction industries. Eric maintains general oversight of the company with a specific focus on our safety program, OSHA compliance and final review on job estimates and contracts. His philosophy is that developing strong personal relationships and doing a job right the first time are essential ingredients to business success. Eric is an AWCI certified “EIFS Smart” applicator.
Bart has been with the company since 2005 in a variety of capacities. He started as a latherer and has worked as a foreman and field supervisor before becoming our lead project manager. He has 30 year’s experience in lathing, plaster, stucco and EIFS. He provides strong organizational skills, is an excellent problem solver and is our “go to” guy when a job requires technical expertise. Bart excels at assuring that all jobs are brought in on time and on budget.
Jordy’s responsibilities are primarily that of an Estimator, supporting Keith in providing accurate and timely job bids. He has been in the construction industry for 6 years, coming up through the ranks as a tradesman, foreman and field supervisor. In addition to lath, plaster and EIFS, Jordy also has extensive experience in masonry and is supporting the company’s expansion into additional product offerings.
Mike has over 30 years experience in our industry. He oversees all Field Superintendents. Mike is a skilled craftsman in all areas of stucco, lath, plaster and EIFS. Mike is a hands-on superintendent. As such, he is personally involved in each project with each field superintendent. Mike is respected through out the industry for his product application and supervision skills. He believes that high quality workmanship provides the best looking finished product as well as the lowest overall cost for the owner.
Renee is responsible for the smooth operation of our office. Her areas of focus include human resources, job cost reports, project billings, payroll, contract administration and provides support to the Owners. Renee is a customer focused individual and a problem solver.
